Tracking your blood biomarkers and biological age can help you optimise your health and fitness with a wellness plan that is unique to your body. Conducting detailed blood analysis is recommended for all ages, genders, and wellness goals.
Following your Wellness Consultation, Dr Olivia may recommend one or more of the following tests:
- Biomarkers: We can test up to 40 biomarkers covering Metabolism and Weight control, Musculo- skeletal health, Electrolytes, Cognitive function, Inflammation, Sex hormones, Blood and liver function, and more.
- Biological age: The GlycanAge tests looks at patterns of age specific changes in molecules called glycans in our bodies.
- NutrigGen: This DNA test from Fagron Genetics looks at gene variations that determine food intolerances and sensitivities to help Dr Olivia identify which type of diet is the best for the patient and which foods are best avoided and/or nutrients supplemented.
Your bespoke Total Wellness Plan will consider any blood test results and Dr Olivia will invite you to an online appointment to discuss your specific recommendations.

How does the Biomarker blood test work and what does it cost? Biomarkers tests cost from £20 per Biomarker. Blood is collected from the arm at a laboratory on Wimpole Street in London. The results are available in 2-3 days.
How does the Biological age test work and what does it cost? Biological age tests cost from £250 for a single test. They are a finger prick test which can be done at home or at Dr Olivia’s clinic. Samples are sent via post to a lab to be tested and patients receive results in 2-3 weeks.
How does the NutriGen test work and what does it cost? The NutriGen test costs £350. It is a swab test and a sample of saliva is taken from the inside of the patients mouth. Samples are sent via post to a lab to be tested and patients receive results in 3-4 weeks.
