This effective solution for poor sleep habits and insomnia is tailored to each patient’s lifestyle and unique sleep habits, it includes:

  • A 1 hour online consultation with Dr Olivia
  • A bespoke Healthy Sleep Roadmap treatment plan of 10 to 12 weeks
  • 1-1 coaching support (6-9 online sessions)
  • Medication review and tapering (if needed)
  • Patient accountability diary / tracker
  • Review session after 3 months

Every Healthy Sleep Roadmap patient must actively commit to their treatment plan to maximise its effectiveness, Dr Olivia understands that life may get in the way and will provide 1 on 1 support throughout your sleep transformation journey.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi) utilises a combination of scientific insights and effective behavioural techniques and is a proven method for transforming sleep patterns in a matter of weeks. Dr Olivia utilises CBTi strategies within her Healthy Sleep Roadmap and amplifies its effectiveness by tailoring each programme to each patient’s natural circadian rhythm, unique lifestyle and sleep goals.
